Returns and Refunds
I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please email me at [email protected] immediately with photos of the damage. I will offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
To return an item, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, your order number and reason for the return. Once I receive your request, I will send you instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, only the price of the product will be refunded to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment withing 7 business days.
Refund trouble shooting:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
